Weekly Pipeline Report Template for Pipedrive

The sheet layout

Two tabs. Deals is filled from Pipedrive; Report only holds formulas. Set up the Deals tab with these columns, in this order:

The Pipedrive filter

Create a deals filter in Pipedrive: status is open, and pipeline is the pipeline you report on. Save it, then pick it in Sync Setup.

Fill it with your data

1. Install PipedriveSheets and connect Pipedrive (Extensions → PipedriveSheets → Get Started with PipedriveSheets).
2. On the Deals tab, run Settings → Sync Setup with Deals, your open-pipeline filter and the eight columns above, then Pull from Pipedrive.
3. Paste the formulas into the Report tab.
4. Open Tools → Schedule Sync and set a weekly refresh early on Monday, so the numbers are current before the meeting.
