By accessing and using PipedriveSheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PipedriveSheets is an extension for Google Sheets™ that provides two-way synchronization between Pipedrive CRM and Google Sheets™. The service allows you to:
- Import data from Pipedrive to Google Sheets™
- Update Pipedrive records from Google Sheets™
- Schedule automatic synchronization
- Map custom fields between platforms
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Requirements
To use PipedriveSheets, you must:
- Have a valid Google™ account
- Have an active Pipedrive account with API access
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Transmit any malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Subscription and Pricing
5.1 Free Plan
The free plan includes:
- Manual sync only
- Up to 100 rows per sync
- Basic support
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions include additional features as described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges
5.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
6. API Limits and Fair Use
Your use of PipedriveSheets is subject to:
- Pipedrive API rate limits
- Google Sheets™ API quotas
- Our fair use policy for server resources
Excessive use may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of PipedriveSheets is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- We process data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You have the necessary rights to the data you sync
- You will comply with applicable data protection laws
8. Intellectual Property
PipedriveSheets and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF DATA
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data sync errors
- Third-party actions or API changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended period of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
