Pipedrive Google Sheets Connector: Your Options
There are four common ways to connect Pipedrive to Google Sheets. They differ in which direction data moves, how often it refreshes, and what it costs as your record count grows. Here is what each one does, so you can pick the right one for the job.
The four ways to connect
| Approach | Direction | Refresh | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| CSV export and import | Either, by hand | When you do it | One-off lists and backups |
| Zapier or Make workflow | Event by event | When a record changes | Logging new deals or changes as rows |
| Multi-source connector | Mostly into Sheets | Scheduled | Reporting across many apps |
| Pipedrive add-on (PipedriveSheets) | Both ways | Manual or scheduled | Pipedrive reports and bulk edits in Sheets |
CSV export and import
Pipedrive exports any filtered list view to CSV or Excel, and its importer can bring a spreadsheet back in. It is free and built in. Everything is manual, so it suits work you do once, not a sheet that has to stay current.
Zapier and Make
Automation platforms run a workflow when something happens in Pipedrive, such as adding a row when a deal is won. They are flexible and connect to thousands of apps. They are event based, so they are not a natural fit for a full, filtered snapshot of your pipeline, and each record processed uses a task or operation from your plan.
Multi-source connectors
Tools such as Coupler.io and Coefficient import data from many apps into Sheets on a schedule. If you report on Pipedrive alongside ad platforms, accounting and analytics, one connector for everything can be the simpler choice.
A Pipedrive add-on for Google Sheets
PipedriveSheets works only with Pipedrive, from a menu inside Google Sheets. It pulls deals, persons, organizations, activities, leads and products using your saved Pipedrive filters, including custom fields, and on Pro it can refresh on a schedule and push edits from the sheet back to Pipedrive.
- Install PipedriveSheets from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Open Extensions → PipedriveSheets → Get Started with PipedriveSheets and click Connect Pipedrive.
- Run Settings → Sync Setup, pick a data type, a filter and your columns, then Pull from Pipedrive.
Free: 50 rows per sync, 12 columns, 1 filter, manual pulls, no card. Pro: $12.99/month or $129/year, unlimited rows, scheduled sync, two-way sync and bulk operations, with a 14-day trial (card required, no charge if you cancel before day 14).
How to choose
- Need a file once: use Pipedrive's export.
- Need to react to single events across many apps: use Zapier or Make.
- Report on many sources at once: use a multi-source connector.
- Want Pipedrive data in Sheets that stays current, and want to edit it there and push back: use a Pipedrive add-on.
Questions
Does Pipedrive have a native Google Sheets integration?
Pipedrive exports to CSV and Excel and imports from spreadsheets. For a sheet that refreshes on its own, or that pushes edits back, you need a connector or add-on.
Is the connection secure?
PipedriveSheets connects with OAuth, so you never paste an API key, and you can revoke access anytime from your Pipedrive settings.
Can several people use the same setup?
The Team plan ($39.99/month or $399/year) shares filters and column setups across up to 5 users.
